REGULAR ORDER OF BUSINESS SUSPENDED FOR THIS SPECIAL MEETING

NEW BUSINESS

Rev. Kelly has resigned for the CMC Board via an email dated June 7, 2020.

Motion: Rev. Kelly Hallock be asked to rejoin the CMC Board of Directors. 2 For, 4 Against. The motion does not carry.

A thorough discussion of pros and cons was held.

Motion: Rev. Kim Wilson be asked to join the CMC Board of Directors. 6 For, 0 Against. The motion carries.

Rev. Tony has discussed the potential with Rev. Kim and she has expressed her favorable interest. She recently raised her pledge to over $100 per month so she is now eligible. She has served as staff for the last 4 Conferences so many have worked with her. She facilitates our Tuesday night ACOL class. Rev. Rudy, our Board Vice President, would like to join Rev. Tony in asking her to officially join directly after this meeting. Agreed.
