There is no new financial report. We are still in the midst of the 3rd quarter, Jul.-Sep.
As of Sat. 9.22.18
Bank of America: $89,885.29
J P Morgan: $91,041.96
3rd quarter should be very good. Lots of 2019 Boston income. If 3rd quarter IS good as predicted we could have ~$25,000 income remaining by end of Sep. (end of 3rd quarter).
Still have not completed the San Francisco Conference final bookkeeping yet. This is not good. Rev. Tony is too busy. Again, he hopes to do it soon. Computer problems caused delays. MacMini was in the shop for 2 weeks but has been fixed now. Looking for new Sunday Gathering location has been time consuming and not getting regular help in the office is a big problem.

Rev. Tony did a Healing Team promotion that was very successful. We got 3 new members from it.

Everything is steady moving towards Boston. We just increased our block to 800 sleeping rooms. Original contract was only for 400.
Ordination Held Sunday Sep. 16, 2018 In San Francisco:
#114 Sharon Casey
#115 Tameer Siddiqui
CMC Publishing Inclusive Language Version of ACIM (The Original Edition):
No progress on the project since last meeting and Rev. Tony has talked with CIMS that the Board has approved it.
Rev. Rudy is Selling 875 Post:
Initial sale did not go through so we do not need to move immediately. The Women's Building as a possibility fell through. Rev. Vincent has a possibility for Sunday Gathering at 25 Van Ness where he works. Classes could be held at CMC Office at 3006 Buchanan in room #4.
Possible 2020 Conference in Los Angeles:
We received a contract Sat. (yesterday) from Omni Hotel in Los Angeles and have a substantial signing bonus if we sign before the end of Sep. (Fri.). It looks good. Rev. Tony is getting verbal commitments from Presenters for participation. Gary & Cindy Renard, Yasuko Kasaki, and MaryBeth Scalice have agreed. Several more are due to respond this week. Dates are May 21, 22, 23, & 24, 2020 (Thu. thru Sun.). Rev. Tony feels we should have a "Vision" theme to take advantage of the obvious meme "2020 Vision."
Staff Situation:
Rev. Tony reported on the current situation with Staff and office work. We have hired Rev. Steve to work part time and he was worked for the past 2 weeks, but just a few hours a week. Availability is limited. Garrick continues to have limmted availability as well, but is very good when he is there. Still need more staff hours and hoping between the two of them there will be enough. Hopefully both of their schedule conflicts will ease up in the future but there is no guarantee. Steve will begin working regularly on Tuesday for about 3 to 4 hours a week. We would like to have Garrick for 9 hours a week. This along with Rev. Kelly’s work hours would equal to having a full-time employee. Rev. Tony will talk to them.
New Computer Equipment:
Rev. Tony and Garrick believe we should get a new computer when the new MacMini's come out which should be before the endof the year.
Next Meeting
Sunday Nov. 25, 2018 (after Thanksgiving)
Respectfully Submitted, Rev. Peter Graham, Secretary
