2016 CYM,CTW Las Vegas Conference:
351 now enrolled. Theme: “Change Your Mind, Change the World.” We have a beautiful logo.
Rev. Heather, Rev. Dusa Althea, and Rev. Tony will visit Rio Casino in Las Vegas on Aug. 25, 26, 27. Launch is proceeding but there have been problems with changing Presenters and getting pictures. Looking into providing Spanish and Japanese translations.
A Supporting Member questions our Las Vegas location choice. He would like a reply. Discussion. Rev. Tony will reply summarizing the discussion. General agreement. Main points: Conference are held in cities that are major tourist destinations. Las Vegas is desirable because of low cost of rooms.

2017 Conference Planning:
Rev. Heather and Rev. Tony are visiting The Hyatt at the Embarcadero in San Francisco to meet with Catering and Sales manager Monday. Working with a company HelmsBriscoe to help find host hotel and set up contract. Free service. The Hyatt could host a very large Conference of 1,000. Rev. Heather and Rev .Tony will also be visiting Hilton on Union Square soon. They can also host large conference. These are first class hotels. We will have multiple options to discuss and propose soon.

Rev. Rudy has been teaching ACOL Class in Sausalito:
Motion: Rev Rudy will facilitate an A Course Of Love (ACOL) class in Sausalito every Thursday evening at the home of CMC Supporting Member Susan Ensey who will co-facilitate. A collection will be taken and will be split 50 / 50 with A Center for Inner Peace (ACIP), who will be co-sponsor, and CMC. This is all income for the CMC and Rev. Rudy will NOT take the usual 50% that goes to teachers of CMC classes. Unanimous

Gary Renard’s 2 Mass Emails About His Dissatisfaction with A Present Love Conference and How CMC Conferences Are Now Organized:
Rev. Tony was guided to reply to the first email but was not guided to reply to the second. An in-depth discussion was held about this topic. The appropriateness of Rev. Tony’s sermon at A Present Love was discussed. Also discussed was should we adjust our policy about selling blocks of tickets to Presenters? Perhaps we should limit the size of the blocks we allow. Who is to collect all the money and pursue the people who need to pay the remainder? We have time to think about these things before a decision has to be made. Discussion about ticket blocks tabled
